What are the recommended pressing instructions?

We recommend a second press for 10 seconds after peeling with heavy canvas so matches the above press settings. Every heat press is a little different, so always test your settings first.
When should I wash my garment after pressing?
Wait at least 24 hours before washing the garment for the first time to help ensure the best durability and performance.
What is your turnaround time?
We usually ship in 1 to 2 business days unless we are having high volume.
Are you responsible for poor quality artwork?
No. We are not responsible for poor-quality artwork, low-resolution images, spelling errors, transparency issues, or other problems included in the files you submit. Please review your artwork carefully before ordering.
Why don't some colors match exactly?
Our transfers are printed using a professional G7 color-profiled CMYK process for accurate, consistent results. However, CMYK printing does have some color limitations, so certain colors may not be reproduced exactly.
Why do my printed colors look different from what I see on my screen?
Due to different monitor settings, colors may vary. Screen colors and printed colors are not always an exact match.
Can I upload copyrighted artwork?
Please do not upload copyrighted artwork unless you have permission from the copyright owner. By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have the legal right to reproduce and print it.
